Our Leave it to Peter Hand Forged Steel Axe features a Peterson Type D style head thats been formed to perfection and mounted atop a beautiful hardwood handle.  Heavy emphasis is placed on quality and usability for a completely functional, all around survival tool.  Take this axe into the woods whether youre hunting, camping, hiking or bugging out to insure you have the right tools to make it just fine.  The singular solid piece of steel has a blunt butt that could be used to hammer in tie-downs, tacks or nails if needed.  In all weather the gorgeous hardwood handle remains strong and ever faithful.  Atop the Eye a wooden wedge can be hammered back into place if it gets loose or replaced as time wears it down.
